Privacy Policy
CryptoCompass is a static information and education website. We do not run exchange registration, login, KYC, deposit, withdrawal, customer-support, or trading systems.
▮ Information We Do Not Collect
We do not ask you to submit exchange usernames, passwords, verification codes, KYC files, bank-card details, API keys, private keys, seed phrases, or any information that could control an account or asset.
▮ Limited Technical Data
Hosting and analytics providers may process limited technical data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, pages visited, and coarse country-level traffic statistics for security, diagnostics, and content improvement.
Concretely, two analytics scripts run on this site. The first is Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga) so that repeat visits and page views can be counted; Google retains that data under its own policies. The second is Cloudflare Web Analytics: CryptoCompass is delivered over Cloudflare's network, which places a beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com on every page to measure load times and overall visit counts. As Cloudflare describes it, the beacon needs neither cookies nor local storage and does not build a profile of you from your IP address or browser. Cloudflare also sees your IP address and requested URL while routing the page to you, as described in its privacy policy. CryptoCompass itself keeps no server logs. Script-blocking extensions keep both of them from loading.
▮ Third-Party Exchange Links
Some pages contain affiliate links to Binance, OKX, or other third-party exchanges. When you click those links, you leave CryptoCompass and enter the third-party platform. Registration, login, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, trading, customer support, and account-security data are handled by that platform under its own privacy policy and terms.
CryptoCompass does not collect, forward, or store your exchange account credentials, KYC documents, bank-card details, API keys, private keys, seed phrases, or verification codes.
▮ Affiliate Attribution
If you register through an affiliate link, the exchange may provide CryptoCompass with non-sensitive attribution or commission statistics, such as affiliate ID, qualified registration status, or commission status under the exchange's rules. This does not include your password, KYC documents, bank-card details, API keys, private keys, or seed phrases.
▮ Commercial Relationship
CryptoCompass receive a promotion service fees from affiliate links, but it is not an official exchange website, subsidiary, customer-support channel, or authorized legal representative.
